Syringe pump cavitation

Syringe pump cavitation (air bubbles in syringe during operation) can be caused by the following reasons;
  1. Aspiration line is too long. (Tubing going to reservoir)
  2. Syringe pump speed set too fast for the syringe size. Slow down the pump speed to a lower setting.
