Turntable is out of alignment and keeps stopping at position 28.
The inner ring cylinder sensor requires adjustment. The inner ring cylinder sensor is on the edge of sensing. Adjust the sensor so that the sensing position is central to the pickup (located inside the cylinder) on the cylinder.
- Turn the monitor so that you can see the [Diagnostics] screen from where you will be manually moving the sensor.
- Remove air pressure from the CS analyser.
- Manually move the cylinder so that it is in the inner ring position.
- Loosen the sensor closest to the direction you moved the cylinder to achieve the inner ring position.
- Gently move the sensor on the cylinder until it goes off/on and then on/off (from the diagnostics screen). You need to find the point where sensing occurs. Mark the outer limit of this position using the sensor band as a guide.
- Repeat step 5 but for the other side of the sensor band. You should now have 2 marks on the cylinder.
- Move the sensor so that it is central to the 2 marks made from step 5 & 6 above.
- Tighten sensor band.
