Z Depth requires adjusting
You need to adjust the upper Z stop moving it upwards. Mark the bottom of the Z stop with a marker pen so that a visual representation can be observed when moving the Z stop. This will allow the probes to reach further into the sample cups. Test the Z limit in the [Targets] screen and adjust again if required. Note down the desired [Z Position] displayed on screen as this will be needed to change the targets json file. The targets scheme will then require adjustment. Open the C:\Labfit\AS3000\Schemes\Targets Schemes\"xxxx.json" file and not the "Targets Presistent Scheme" file. Locate all [Z Position] entries and change to the new Z depth noted above.
