Your IT department must fix the read/write permissions to your operating directory:

Windows XP: C:\Program Files\CS2000 – Full access

Windows 10 32 & 64 bit: C:\CS2000 – Full access

Error occurs because the user account that is currently logged does not have the appropriate permissions.
