Error 5004 Samples Schemes

Error 5004 Samples Schemes

This error occurs when the system on startup is expecting to load a [Samples Scheme.json] file but this file does not exist or the system has the wrong file path information. To fix this error do the following:
  1. Check the [Configuration] screen to the C:\Labfit\AS3000\System.ini. All values must match.
  2. Quit the AS3000 software.
  3. Locate and open the [Measurements Persistent Scheme.json] file in the C:\Labfit\AS3000\Schemes\Measurement Persistent Scheme directory.
  4. Compare the value between the inverted commas: e.g. "My Sample Scheme Name.json" to that of the file located in C:\Labfit\AS3000\Schemes\Samples Schemes. These file names must match each other in both files.
  5. Correct the value in the C:\Labfit\AS3000\Schemes\Measurement Persistent Scheme.json to that of the C:\Labfit\AS3000\Schemes\Samples Schemes.
  6. Save and close
  7. Restart the AS3000 software.
