The schemes do not have the correct information stored in the *Persistent Scheme.json file. Meticulous care needs to be taken to ensure that the system reads in the all the data correctly. In particular the following schemes are critical to the system starting up correctly: Measurements, Samples, Data, Targets & Hardware. Each of the *Persistent Scheme must have a file that exists for it to load properly. E.G. if you have a Samples Scheme names "Test1.json" then the [Samples Persistent Scheme] must have only 1 entry called ["Test1.json"] with the quotes.
